Small walkthrough:

Made her drink and yell her after -> cuck point +1, freya lust point +1.
Made her drink and ask her what happened at gym-> cheat point +1, freya lust point +1

You drank it and answered "yes->yes " to the question asked in the morning -> cheat point+1, jeremiah lust point +1
You drank it and answered "yes->no" to the question asked in the morning -> cuck point+1, jeremiah lust point +1

One point (cheat or cuck doesn't matter) is required to continue in the main scenario.

If Jeremiah drank the potion, you will unlock an extra scene on the main path. Don't miss it.
